Always gentle cold machine wash before first use to ensure the absorbent pad is activated. Rinse in cold water after use, then gentle cold wash (max. 30 degrees) in a lingerie bag. Do not tumble dry, do not bleach, do not wring or twist. Hang dry. Do not use fabric softener as this can leave a non absorbent film on the garment.
